Melitturga clavicornis

Ein Weibchen sammelt Pollen an der Wilden Platterbse (Lathyrus sylvestris). Die Weibchen speichern den mit Nektar angefeuchteten Pollen wie bei keiner anderen heimischen Art in der Form eines Muffs rings um die kurz und starr behaarten Hinterschienen. [CH, Wallis, Juli 1987]
